Competitive Pay: LPN: $29.00 – $31.00/hour; RN: $33.00 – $35.00/hour BCBS Health Insurance Dental & Vision Coverage Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Generous Paid Time Off Training & Mentorship for MDS Role Development Supportive leadership and a collaborative clinical team Scheduling Full-Time Monday–Friday schedule On-call responsibilities required Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate MDS assessments and submissions Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered care planning Monitor and support quality measures and reimbursement optimization Assist in driving clinical excellence and survey readiness Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Illinois) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage complex documentation and deadlines Comfortable working with electronic health record systems (training provided) Long-term care experience preferred; MDS experience is a plus, but not required Why Saline Care?
