Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care to ICU patients, including use of ventilators and titration of drips.
• Float to Emergency and Med-Surg departments as required, assisting with patient care and support tasks.
• Ensure patient hygiene and administer medications as per facility standards.
• Respond to emergencies and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the EMR system.
• Participate in department meetings and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Experience with ventilators, titratable drips, and patient hygiene care.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
• Prior experience in ER and Med-Surg settings required.
• Ability to float between departments as needed and manage full patient assignments.
• Fingerprinting required for all New Mexico travelers.
