Our home is full of life, laughter, animals, and a whole lot of love — but it takes real effort to keep it all running smoothly, and we are ready for the right person to step in and help us do that well.Our household has two working parents: one who works from home on a night schedule and another who runs a flexible but full work-from-home business during the day. Because our schedules overlap and offset each other, the house is always in use, and the rhythm of the home rarely slows down. We have three kids in school across different campuses, which means afternoon pickups are a significant daily commitment. During the summer months, the house is even more lively with kids around throughout the day.We are not a chaotic family — quite the opposite. We have solid systems already in place, and we take pride in a home that feels tidy and intentional. What we need is someone who can help us maintain and build on what we have. The areas where we most feel the weight are laundry (daily, and it is never-ending with school uniforms and sports gear), meal prep and grocery management, keeping the household stocked and running without things falling through the cracks, and school pickups.
