About the Position

Job Title: Outpatient Clienttion Oncology RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8 Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:00) Experience: 3 years required, oncology experience preferred License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, Clienttion Oncology (preferred) Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: Outpatient Clienttion Oncology RN position available. Schedule consists of 5x8s or 4x10s, Monday through Friday. There are no weekends or on-call requirements. Candidates must have oncology experience, with a preference for those with radiation experience. Epic experience is required. This role involves managing acute tumor lysis syndrome, monitoring medication side effects, and recognizing abnormal lab values. Nursing responsibilities include patient care in outpatient settings, addressing fatigue and nutritional status. Additional tasks may involve wound assessment and care, administration of medications, and patient education. Collaboration with interdisciplinary support services is expected to ensure comprehensive patient care. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
