Schedule Day shift, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to support surgical teams in an array of surgical procedures. The role includes assisting with preparing the operating room, maintaining sterile conditions, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available for the surgical team. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures. Assist in the selection and handling of instruments and equipment. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout procedures. Participate in the decontamination and sterilization processes of surgical tools. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Current BLS and NBSTSA certification required (NCCT not accepted). Experience with Epic or similar charting systems preferred. Charge experience is a plus. Why ARMStaffing?
