Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, polished, and reliable Host to join our front‐of‐house team. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast‐paced environment, and enjoys setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Manage the waitlist and seating flow to support smooth operations
- Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entry area
- Assist with guest questions, merchandise, and general wayfinding
- Support special events, tours, and high‐volume service days
- Represent BHAWK’s culture of hospitality, integrity, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- A naturally friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to stay calm and positive during busy periods
- Weekend availability (required)
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person
