Balance That's Built In: No billable hours to track, busy season capped at 55 hours a week, and a regular 40-hour week the rest of the year

A Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or A Related Field
At Least 1 Year Of Tax Experience In Public Accounting
CPA Is A Plus But Not A Must
Solid Understanding Of Tax Law And Regulations
Comfortable Working On Your Own And With A Team
Strong Communication And People Skills
