Client Relations Associate
Platinum Coastal Group Inc
This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and coworkers depending on the assignment.
Core activities
· Meet with clients or customers face to face
· Answer questions and communicate solutions clearly
· Coordinate follow-up with internal teams
· Track feedback and support satisfaction and retention
Candidate profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important. Ideal candidates are professional, dependable, comfortable initiating conversations, and able to build positive relationships. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy working directly with people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
