Recruiter (Entry-Level)

Bridgeway Partners is hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing professional search team.

No prior recruiting experience is required.

We're looking for motivated, curious individuals who are eager to learn, willing to work hard, and interested in building valuable professional skills. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the recruiting industry from experienced professionals while developing skills in communication, research, relationship management, business development, and project management.

What You'll Do

You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of professional recruiting, including:

• Researching companies, industries, and potential candidates
• Identifying qualified professionals for open positions
• Reaching out to prospective candidates through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Learning how to conduct candidate conversations and assess career interests
• Building and maintaining professional relationships
• Managing candidate information using recruiting software, CRM systems, and AI tools
• Coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and supporting ongoing searches
• Staying organized while managing multiple projects and priorities

As you gain experience, you'll take on greater involvement in the recruiting process, including interviewing candidates, evaluating qualifications, communicating with clients, and managing search assignments.

You don't need to know how to do these things on day one. We'll teach you.

Previous recruiting experience is not required. We value work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn over previous industry experience.
