Room Division Manager Santika Indonesia Hotels & Resorts As Room Division Manager, you will oversee all Room Division Departments, including Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering, to ensure operational excellence and outstanding guest service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise staff across Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering departments. Develop and implement operational policies and standards. Collaborate with senior management to achieve revenue and quality goals. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high safety standards. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar senior hospitality role. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Strong leadership and team‑building skills. Proficiency in hotel management systems and standard operating procedures.
