Job Overview Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser working on behalf of Mondelēz to represent brands such as Oreo, Ritz, BelVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit. Responsibilities Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility and construct promotional displays. Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines. Ensure the sales representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service. Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays and new product launches. Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum age: 18 years. Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence. Valid insurance coverage for personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed. Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs. Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Live within 25 miles of Boilingbrook, IL (primary) or Oswego, IL (secondary). Schedule availability: Sunday, Tuesday, Saturday; start time 08:00 AM; 15–20 hours per week. Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
