Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $40-50 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care under general supervision of a dentist, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride, and related procedures. Provide excellent customer service and offer same‑day care opportunities. Educate patients and parents on oral‑hygiene instruction. Assess patients’ dental condition, review medical history, and chart accordingly. Take x‑rays and save them into patient charts when necessary. Assist with charting, peri‑dental charting, and treatment plan guidance. Create memorable patient experiences with compassion. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) credential from the ARC or AHA with hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire). Experience working with pediatric patients preferred (≥70% of patients are children). Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
