Your Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment that spans from initial conversations to successful placements.

• Maximize our innovations for candidate management, outreach tracking, automated follow-ups, and maintaining organizational flow.
• Focus on permanent placements which yield lasting benefits for clients and substantial commissions for you.
• Engage in thought leadership initiatives for the elevation of both our agency's and your personal reputation.
