We support the success of these stylists by providing a range of business services allowing each beauty professional to express her creativity, enhance the client experience and own her success. The Analyst will provide a range of marketing and research support to the Director of Marketing. Projects will include social media management; market research; health, wellness & beauty industry research; competitor research; professional outreach; marketing campaign development; and other initiatives utilizing data analytics, databases, and other resources. Strong desire to learn, self-starter, intellectual curiosity, willingness to ask the one extra question, ambitious work ethic, and familiarity with social media. Experience in the beauty or salon industry is not required. Strong interpersonal skills are required. Interest in marketing, retail, hospitality, sales, corporate development and general business are welcome.
