Laurel Creek Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and detail-oriented RN MDS Coordinator to join our team. Qualifications:
Currently licensed in KY as RN.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
One year of MDS experience preferred.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
