Part-Time Recruiting & Hiring Coordinator

As a part-time Recruiting & Hiring Coordinator, you will support Lighthouse Therapy Center of Fort Worth by managing the hiring workflow from job postings through interview scheduling and coordination with leadership. This hybrid role blends remote work with some on-site time in Fort Worth. Role Overview This part-time position is responsible for recruiting administration and candidate coordination. You will help ensure open roles are actively posted, applications are reviewed, and interview steps are scheduled efficiently, including follow-up interviews and hiring logistics with leadership. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain job postings on Indeed and other recruiting platforms. Review applications and identify candidates who align with position requirements. Conduct initial interviews via phone and virtual methods, and schedule in-person interviews for leadership. Coordinate follow-up interviews with leadership. Keep candidates informed and provide timely follow-up throughout the hiring process. Maintain an organized applicant tracker and provide hiring status updates. Assist with reference checks, support offer letter steps, and help facilitate the transition to onboarding. Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and prioritize open positions. Requirements Experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or human resources preferred. Strong communication skills and comfort leading interviews. Highly organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple applicants and openings. Ability to work independently and complete tasks without frequent reminders. Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information. Experience with Indeed or other applicant tracking platforms preferred. Experience hiring in healthcare, therapy, education, or ABA is a plus.
