As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Security in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a government transit location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and members of the public while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at government transportation facilities.
• Respond to incidents, public concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, transit-related areas, entrances, platforms, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel, completing accurate activity and incident reports.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and crowd or queue management as assigned while maintaining a professional presence in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
