Job description: Job Description About the team: This role leads financial performance measurement, cost analysis, and profitability reporting for product lines, while developing tools and partnering with production to evaluate cost impacts. It ensures accurate cost planning data and provides strategic financial insights for transmission manufacturing. What you can look forward to as Sr Financial Analyst: Primary Analyst for measuring financial performance of individual product lines of the business Reviews and challenges cost analysis prepared by others for processes, products and equipment for manufacturing automatic transmissions Development and Implementation of tools and methods for cost planning, cost analysis and controlling Validates the maintenance of cost planning data in SAP performed by others Periodic analysis and reporting of operating results for product lines Identification, Calculation and Planning of revenues and cost components of transmissions Monitoring the inputs and results of Profit Center reporting and Profitability Analysis of product lines Working with production departments to determine cost impact of changes to manufacturing processes Your profile as Sr Financial Analyst: Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance/Accounting or Economics or in Engineering (MIE) A minimum of 6+ years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS PowerPoint) Works independently and goal-oriented Advanced project leading and problem solving experience Functional leadership experience such as mentoring and guiding peers Why you should choose ZF: A supportive collaborative team environment Annual Incentive Plan Paid Vacation 401k Plan Health Care Benefits Paid Holidays A strong diversity culture Supportive Employee Groups and community outreach activities A strong diversity culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
