Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license for Texas required
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Dedication to fostering student independence and participation in school activities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct PT services to a K-12 caseload, individualized to meet students’ needs
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and adapt therapy strategies
- Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with all state and district requirements
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, sharing insights that drive student success
