MAIN FOCUS IS RECRUITING TALENT

• Coordinate recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings to identify top candidates for Insurance Agent roles
• Manage effectively and efficiently the Hiring Process for new hires
• Schedule and conduct interviews for applicants via Zoom
• Serving as a professional main point of contact for candidates and new hires
• Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes

Human Resources Support
• Review and verify employee timekeeping records for accuracy
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation
• Provide Payroll Support Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll reporting and audits
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct concerns appropriately

Administrative & Customer Service Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls with a courteous, professional manner
• Welcome employees, customers, and visitors to maintain a positive office environment

Qualifications & Performance Expectations

• Friendly, professional and welcoming voice over the phone
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of administrative, HR, or payroll support experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a commitment to accuracy
