We’re seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) operations, helping ensure secure access across enterprise systems. What You’ll Do: Support identity and credential services, including lifecycle management and system operations Assist with RSA SecurID token issuance and user support Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain secure authentication and access workflows Contribute to operational support and continuous improvement within ICAM systems Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to support other government sites What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsiblyEligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance Nice to Have: Exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) Programming or scripting experience (Python, Java, etc.) Understanding of PKI, multi-factor authentication, or token-based authentication Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST) or Zero Trust principles This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skill set while supporting secure, real-world applications that matter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
