Crestwood, IL | Multiple School Locations $1,650 per week | 2025–2026 School Year Position Details Location: Crestwood, IL (multiple nearby school sites). Schedule: Full-time school hours - 30 hours per week. Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year. Setting: School-based (K–12). Role Type: OT. Caseload, mileage expectations, and school placements discussed prior to offer to ensure a great fit. Weekly Pay: $1,650. Compensation & Benefits Weekly direct deposit. Key Responsibilities Evaluate students using standardized assessments and clinical observation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs). Provide therapeutic interventions to support functional and academic success. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Travel between assigned school buildings as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines. Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments. Qualifications Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Active Illinois OT License (OTR/L) School-based or pediatric experience preferred. Comfortable floating between multiple school sites.
