Senior AI Forward-Deployed Architect

Salary: $249,995 - 250,000 per year Requirements:

• Substantial production software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript, Java, or comparable technologies, including a track record of setting technical direction.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications and agents on a major platform such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or Microsoft.
• Practical understanding of agentic patterns, including tool use, retrieval, prompting, model behavior, evaluation, and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience designing production-ready architectures across orchestration, memory, retrieval, model strategy, integrations, and observability.
• Strong experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms, with deep expertise in one cloud environment and solid proficiency in another.
• Strong debugging, testing, and systems integration skills.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders on client engagements, advisory work, roadmaps, and strategic outcomes.
• Ability to explain architecture in commercial terms—including value, cost, speed, and risk—to technical and non-technical decision-makers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make and defend architectural decisions directly with customers.
• Security-minded approach to data, credentials, access controls, guardrails, oversight, and the broader impact of deployed solutions.
• Ability to balance rapid prototyping with production-quality software engineering.
