Pay Rate: $45/hour
Weekly Pay: $1,350 (Including Stipend)
Weekly Stipend: $842
Schedule: Varies
Guaranteed Hours: 30 Hours/Week
Overtime: Available After 40 Hours

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week travel assignment in Vacaville, California. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Minimum of 1 year of recent PTA experience preferred.
Current BLS Certification.
Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
