Nights Med/Surg Telemetry RN

Location: Cleveland, OH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and possess a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license. This position requires BLS and ACLS certifications. The role involves providing high-quality care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring in a Med/Surg setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or a compact state license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Two professional references from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for.
