Job Details

• 3+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience
• Experience pricing commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects
• Ability to perform takeoffs, develop budgets, and coordinate subcontractor bids
• Familiarity with conceptual estimating and value engineering
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with plans and specs
