RN - Case Manager
HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking an RN - Case Manager for a travel position. The ideal candidate will work from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, five shifts per week for a total of 40 scheduled hours. The assignment will start on 08/26/2025 and end on 11/25/2025, lasting for 13 weeks.
The HCA FL Largo West campus is a psych/rehab department of HCA FL Largo (Main) and should be treated as a float unit. Parking is available in the garage on the third and fourth floors (AM & PM shifts). The scrub color for RNs is Navy Blue, clinical support is Caribbean Blue, radiology is Black, lab khaki, and surgical staff Ciel Blue RT - Gray. The freestanding ER is located at 2339 Gulf To Bay Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33765.
Unit Information: Number of Beds: 286. The unit alternates between different locations. The typical day shift includes 1 charge, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters. The patient ratio is at least 25:1. The CM type of equipment includes EMR Meditech and Midas. The best personality fit for this role includes candidates with Midas and Meditech experience. Complex discharge planning is a typical procedure performed on the unit.
Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. There is one position available.
