$13 - $14 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a seamless check-in process, setting the tone for their stay.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area.
• Handle guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Assist in managing reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
• Promote hotel amenities and services, encouraging guests to explore everything we offer for a memorable stay.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality industry, to ensure a welcoming and efficient guest experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to address guest inquiries and collaborate with team members.
• Proven track record of handling guest complaints with empathy and turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to manage reservations and room assignments, optimizing occupancy and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address guest needs.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems is a plus, enhancing efficiency in daily operations.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to promoting hotel amenities and services, encouraging guests to explore all offerings for a memorable stay.
