The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. How You Will Contribute Oversee employee performance and scheduling. Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational initiatives. Work with donors to resolve concerns. Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events. Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas. Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts. What You Bring To Takeda High school diploma or equivalent. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification. Frequent bending and reaching. Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting up to 32 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance. Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
