Our model emphasizes supportive therapy and non-stimulant or non-narcotic medication management for our patients.Your Qualifications:Completion of a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited programActive RN license within the employed stateBoard certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a PMHNP-BC is necessary-new graduates may apply, but cannot start until licensed.APN authorization to practice family health within the employed state, as approved by the Board of Nurse ExaminersPossess an active DEA or have an application underway. Monthly productivity incentives are guaranteed during the onboarding ramp-up period to ensure financial stability as providers build their caseload.All offers to candidates will ultimately be based on that candidate's individual experience, years of prescriptive authority for psychiatric medication, and skillset.
