The Role:
We’re looking for a Lead Baker to guide our team to produce breads, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage our team to ensure smooth production, train fellow bakers, and maintain an organized, safe, and efficient bakery. As a 24/7 bakery, we offer a wide variety of shifts and hours to fit different schedules. This position will work out of our Linc location. 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise the daily work of the baking team

• Assign tasks and prioritize production based on the day's needs

• Ensure all products are produced on time and to established quality standards

• Train, coach, and provide   feedback to bakers

• Monitor production progress   and adjust workflow   as needed

• Bake breads, pastries, and other items on schedule

• Produce toppings and pastry components as assigned

• Collaborate with baking, packing, and delivery teams

• Maintain clean, safe workstations and equipment

• Follow all FDA, State, and City health standards

Qualifications:

• Active Food Handler’s Certification required

• Experience in baking or pastry required

• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
