Looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting while building valuable business and communication skills? Our agency is seeking a motivated Intern to support our service team, with the opportunity to grow into a sales-focused role over time.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys helping people. Youll start by assisting with customer service tasks and, if interested, can transition into a hybrid service/sales role with the potential to move into full-time sales down the road.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $17 per hour
• Part-time or flexible schedule options available

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with billing questions and policy inquiries
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
• Support the team with administrative and service-related tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Learn and understand insurance products and processes
• Participate in sales training and support sales efforts (optional growth path)

Qualifications :

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining billing or policy details
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
