What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Corporate Recruiter with 5+ years of experience specializing in the placement of professional, exempt engineering and heavy-industry management talent. The ideal candidate brings a consultative approach to partnering with HR business partners and executive hiring managers, alongside a strong background in corporate compliance and modern applicant tracking systems.

• The Ideal Match: A strategic recruiter with a background in the Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors.

What You Will Do (Essential Job Functions):

• Drive Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for professional, technical engineering, and management positions.
• Consult with Leadership: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to define talent needs, outline job strategies, and deliver a diverse slate of qualified candidates.
• Deliver Complex Offers: Manage the closing process by delivering employment offers and articulating detailed benefits packages, compensation structures, and corporate agreements.
• Manage Internal Mobility: Oversee the internal transfer infrastructure, including screening internal candidates, coordinating cross-functional interviews, and issuing transfer offer letters.
• Ensure Total Compliance: Manage applicant data seamlessly inside our ATS, ensuring strict alignment with company policy and federal/state regulations, including Affirmative Action Plans (AAP).
• Champion Process Optimization: Evaluate current sourcing pipelines to suggest and implement strategic process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  

What We Look For (Minimum Requirements):

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated corporate recruitment experience focusing specifically on professional, exempt, and management-level positions.
• ATS Expertise: 3+ years of direct experience utilizing electronic applicant tracking systems and modern internet sourcing tools.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or a related field) preferred, or an equivalent blend of years of corporate experience.
• Core Competencies: Stellar verbal and written communication skills, exceptional relationship management capabilities, and strong consulting acumen.
• Licensing: A valid driver's license is required.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Stand Out from the Crowd):

• Direct recruitment experience within the Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Previous experience sourcing talent for Nuclear Development & New Generation business segments.
