Overview Critical access hospital looking to bring on Director of Case Management! Sign-On Bonus, Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation! Responsibilities Position reports directly to the CEO Team of 5 fulltime Case Managers, 1 fulltime Case Management Assistant and 6 PRN Case Managers Director does not carry a caseload however, they are expected to assist their team/department when the need arises to cover patients. Would be required to acquire the CCM or ACM certification within their first year in position Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree Nursing required, BSN Master\'s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, preferred 3+ years’ experience in overall recent acute care Hospital Case Management required 2+ years’ experience in case management leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC
