PRN and Part Time Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sundays 7am-3pm
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Pennypack Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking for 2 compassionate, experienced, and dependable RN Supervisors to join our team on a part-time basis every Friday and Saturday and PRN.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical operations during assigned shifts

• Ensure quality resident care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as needed

• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly address or report changes in status

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to LPNs and CNAs

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and all state and federal regulations

• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
