Licensed Clinical Social Worker
MDB Health Services is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities in the Natchitoches, Louisiana area.
For more than 13 years, MDB Health Services has provided medical and psychiatric care to residents of long-term care communities across Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas. As the region's largest LTC healthcare provider, we are proud to have an exceptional team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Position Details
- Location: Natchitoches, Louisiana area
- Employment type: Full-time
- Work setting: Multiple long-term care facilities
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities.
- Manage an independent schedule and caseload.
- Travel between multiple facilities within the assigned territory.
- Work collaboratively with the broader MDB Health Services team while operating independently in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in good standing.
- Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius.
- Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule.
- Commitment to serving older adults and residents of long-term care communities.
