Swing Cab Crane Operator

Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Swing Cab Crane Operators for projects located in or around Fargo, ND . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $55/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Safely operate 30–65 ton swing cab cranes on structural steel projects
Assist with steel erection, connecting, and alignment of structural steel
Work closely with the steel crew to properly position and secure materials
Perform daily crane inspections and follow all site safety procedures
Help with additional steel work and job site duties when not operating equipment
Requirements:
Experience operating swing cab cranes in the 30–65 ton range
Comfortable working at heights in a physically demanding environment
Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Must be local to the Fargo / Moorhead area or surrounding communities
Must have a valid licence
Structural steel background preferred
Steel connector experience is a huge plus
