Quality Engineer II

Quality Engineer IIWe are a full-service precision machining and assembly manufacturing provider serving the semiconductor, robotics, aerospace, defense, and medical technology markets. With 200+ CNC machines and ISO-9001:2015, AS9100, and ITAR compliance, we specialize in complex assemblies and large format components for leading technology companies. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to inspect goods and products according to quality and safety standards, ensure compliance with company standards and Federal/State law, and maintain accurate quality documentation. Experience in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, medical devices, robotics, or defense manufacturing is highly valuable.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming materials, manufactured parts, purchased parts, and outside service parts to ensure products meet all specificationsPerform first article inspections and complete associated documentationParticipate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), and MRB processesManage CAR-NCR log and participate in NCMR and RMA processesManage and schedule equipment calibration, maintain records, and coordinate with vendorsMaintain knowledge of ISO Standards and quality documentationRead and understand fabrication and machining blueprints including Basic GD&TUse inspection tools, measurement instruments, and small hand tools proficientlyQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of quality manufacturing experienceSelf-starter able to work independently and solve problemsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and emailStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsExperience with metal stamping, machining, forming, and assembly highly preferred but not required w/ relevant cross functional experienceBackground in semiconductor equipment, aerospace, defense, medical devices, or robotics manufacturing is a strong plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary rate: $90-110kPaid holidaysFull Health and Retirement 401(k) benefits packageProfessional development opportunitiesTo discuss the role or apply, contact Jacob Parish at View email address on click.appcast.io
