Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, support badge and visitor processes, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service, communicate with employees and visitors, and use technology to document activities while demonstrating teamwork, integrity, reliability, and care. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, helping maintain orderly entry and exit processes for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately and promptly. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
