What we are looking for:

Aspire365 is actively seeking a Clinical Director to lead our team of therapists. The Clinical Director provides strategic clinical leadership, quality assurance, compliance oversight, and program development for an intensive wraparound in-home mental health program. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, family-driven, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed services while leading clinical staff development, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement.

The Clinical Director works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to oversee clinical operations, ensure adherence to standards, monitor program performance, and drive positive client outcomes without direct client contact.This is a Full Time W2 position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Establish and oversee clinical standards, best practices, and quality of care across all programs, including reviewing outcomes, performance data, and treatment fidelity to the wraparound model, and producing clinical quality reports, outcome analysis summaries, and fidelity assessments
• Provide clinical consultation to supervisors and team leads, identify clinical risks and emerging trends, and lead clinical quality improvement initiatives with documented consultation logs and action plans
• Oversee clinical documentation standards, conduct and supervise regular chart audits, and monitor treatment plans, progress notes, assessments, safety plans, and discharge documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission and payer standards, and develop corrective action plans, audit trails, and compliance records for documentation deficiencies
• Develop and refine wraparound program models, clinical pathways, and treatment protocols, and implement new evidence-based treatment modalities and specialty clinical programs
• Evaluate program effectiveness and clinical outcomes, lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives, and research and integrate innovative clinical practices with supporting documentation and manuals
• Facilitate regular clinical leadership team meetings, address escalated clinical and personnel concerns, and build leadership capacity through coaching and succession planning
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence and collaboration, tracking team engagement and producing leadership capacity and professional development reports
• Develop comprehensive clinical training curricula, coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation, and oversee ongoing continuing education programs
• Facilitate clinical grand rounds and case consultation sessions, support staff competency development, and identify individual and team training needs
• Coordinate licensure supervision and CEU tracking, and evaluate training effectiveness through calendars, completion records, and outcome reports
• Monitor high-risk cases and critical clinical situations, track organizational risk trends, and oversee clinical escalation pathways and crisis intervention protocols
• Ensure appropriate use of risk assessment tools (including suicide risk screening), oversee safety planning, lead critical incident reviews, and coordinate with risk management and legal teams
• Monitor clinical KPIs, client engagement and retention, caseload distribution, and documentation metrics; use data to inform decisions; and partner with Operations, HR, Quality, Compliance, Medical, and Executive Leadership on strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications:

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or similar (Required)
• Independent Licensure is required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Qualified to supervise counseling interns in accordance with state guidelines
• At least 6 years of providing psychiatric services
• At least 3 years of leadership experience (experience leading therapists preferred)

Requirements:

• Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise strong clinical judgment and navigate complex, high-stakes decisions using diverse data sources
• In-depth understanding of DSM diagnoses, therapeutic modalities, adolescent development, and family systems
• Remote meeting/video conferencing proficiency 
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
• History of working in a remote role or over multiple states
• Strong work ethic

Compensation: $108,000 - $133,000 per year

Work Location: Telehealth

Work type: Full-Time (maximum 40 hours a week)
