Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Lima, Ohio. This role involves providing direct patient care within the emergency department, functioning according to the healthcare organization's mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria, making judgments based on scientific knowledge and clinical skills. The position requires collaboration with non-registered nursing staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses and Patient Care Technicians, and supports patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Ohio or Ohio Compact Registered Nurse license; 1+ years of Emergency Department experience; work history skills checklist relevant to emergency care current within 1 year; active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications; TNCC certification; eligible to float to all units within skill level must be documented.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
