As an Irrigation Tech, you will play a crucial role in understanding irrigation requirements, solving problems, performing repairs, and conducting audits and installations to meet client needs. Responsibilities Report directly to the Irrigation Manager, receiving training and guidance to perform duties efficiently and effectively. Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues and demonstrate creativity in overcoming obstacles to achieve goals. Record and submit work orders to the Irrigation Manager. Work independently or collaboratively with the irrigation team to ensure proper repairs and audits are completed. Ensure daily hours are billable and comply with job specifications, quality, and safety standards. Collaborate with the management team to solve specific problems or develop solutions. Inspect equipment and vehicles to ensure proper maintenance. Respond to client requests promptly and work with the Irrigation Manager to resolve concerns. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain clearance for Fort Eisenhower Air Force Base. Physical ability to work outdoors for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds (or up to 100 pounds with assistance). Experience in irrigation systems and repairs is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Compensation Pay range starts at $20.00 per hour , based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
