Location: Byron Center, MI Schedule: Full Time | Overnights | 7pm-7am, 3 days per week | Rotating Weekends and Holidays Compensation: $17/hr | + $3/hr Overnight Shift Differential from 10pm-7am

Since opening in 2021 as the second location of our trusted veterinary care group (est. 1991), AESH Byron Center has continued to set the standard in emergency and specialty veterinary medicine. Our 10,000 sq. ft. hospital is open 24/7 and offers advanced care in Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Ophthalmology and Cardiology. Here, you'll play a critical role in providing gold-standard care. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner
• Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely
• Educate and advise clients regarding WVRC services and practices
• Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times
• Process invoices and payments accurately
• Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements
• Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, emailing, for example
• Support team to reach common goals
• Ability to recognize and seek guidance in all client-related cases where protocol does not apply

What You Bring:

• Previous Veterinary Reception Experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to triage patients, assess and respond accordingly
• Ability to critically think and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations
• Passion for providing exceptional client care and being a patient advocate
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
