Senior Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with 3-5 years post part 3 experience to join our team, working on an exciting high-end leisure development in Scotland. What We Offer Competitive salary, benchmarked against experience Employer pension contribution 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays) Standard working hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday Annual bonus Key Requirements Proficiency in using Revit Demonstrable experience of delivering projects to a high standard through stages 3, 4 & 5 Strong design sensibility with attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Proactive and well organised Good understanding of Scottish building and planning regulations Good technical knowledge Strong written and spoken English Eligibility to work in the UK Desirable Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of using Autocad Driving license with access to a car This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a prestigious, design-led project that demands creativity, technical excellence, and strong delivery skills.
