What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise nightly nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care is always maintained
• Coordinate and direct care in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards
• Make routine rounds to monitor residents and support staff performance
• Oversee CNAs and nursing staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support
• Ensure medications and treatments are administered accurately and on schedule
• Maintain and review documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Support infection control, safety standards, and emergency preparedness
• Help maintain appropriate staffing, assignments, and workflow on your shift
• Collaborate with leadership and participate in quality assurance and care planning
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment built on respect, communication, and accountability

Skills You Need

Must Have Skills

• Active RN license in the State of Florida
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of long-term care regulations
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and decisive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in long-term care or senior living
• Previous charge nurse or shift supervisor experience
• Experience with electronic charting systems

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $36.00-$38.00 hourly, (based on experience + night shift differential)

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Sign-on bonuses are available to new hires who meet eligibility criteria, including maintaining full-time status, working scheduled 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), and remaining in good standing at each milestone.

• $1,000 after 90 days
• $1,500 at 6 months
• $2,500 at 1 year
• Total Bonus: $5,000
