Executive RecruiterAviation Search Group is seeking dedicated, self-starters for Executive Recruiter positions, who want to join a growing company and become part of a successful team.An Executive Recruiter is responsible for identifying, recruiting and successfully delivering all levels of talent for Aviation Search Group's clients. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to: researching, networking, sourcing, interviewing, checking references, negotiating and delivering candidates.Qualifications:Successful track record meeting or exceeding established goals.Ability to conduct probing interviews and identify motivating factors and deal-breakers to remove margin for error on placements.Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a commitment to meeting customer expectations.Strong interpersonal skills are required with an emphasis on the ability to build lasting relationships.Must have strong computer skills with proficiencies in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (especially Word and Excel), internet search skills, and professional and social networking sites.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred.
