Overview The role is for 2027 JD graduates (3L law students). The firm's Fund Formation practice is internationally recognized and comprises over 60 lawyers focused full-time on fund formation and counseling. Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required. Ideal candidates will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. We are recruiting 2027 JD graduates for this position. This is an opportunity to join an internationally recognized Fund Formation practice – and a deep bench of 60+ lawyers focused full-time on fund formation and counseling. Candidates should demonstrate: Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills are essential. The ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior corporate or transactional experience is helpful but not required. Ideal candidates will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. The annual pay for this position is $225,000.
