Our team of award-winning nurses is growing, and we are looking for talented, compassionate RNs to join our team.The ICU Nurse Manager will:Assess, plan and evaluate patient care on a 24-hour basis for a specific service line/unit or units.Have authority and responsibility for implementing hospital unit standards, policies, and procedures.Be accountable for quality and safety, service excellence, staff performance/employee satisfaction and budgetary responsibility within their scope of responsibility.Requirements:Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of New JerseyBachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's preferredMinimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive leadership in an acute care settingHigh level of interpersonal skills to resolve complex problems requiring innovative solutions and the ability to negotiate in sensitive situationsBLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart AssociationNational certification or nursing administrative certification within one year in specialty specific to care providedPALS, ACLS as required by specialty.Salary Range: 119,283.00 - 190,791.00 USDWe offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data.
