Requirements: Acute (hospital) Case Management experience, knowledgeable in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual.
Responsibilities:

• Provide case management services within an acute hospital setting.
• Utilize Meditech, Midas, and Interqual systems for patient management.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry regulations.
• Support critically ill patients and provide appropriate care coordination.
