You’ll help individuals and families find life coverage that fits their needs, while building a business through trusted conversations and thoughtful follow-up.What you’ll do• Build and develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and consistent follow-up.• Listen to clients’ goals, explain suitable life insurance options, and help them make informed choices.• Guide clients through applications and coordinate next steps with insurance carriers.• Grow long-term relationships through responsive service and policy reviews.• Keep accurate records and follow licensing, compliance, and ethical sales standards.• Work toward agreed production goals and contribute to a team that wants everyone to succeed.What you bring• At least two years of life insurance sales experience and a verifiable record of strong production.• A current Florida life insurance license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain the appropriate license.• Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.• A client-first approach and commitment to responsible, compliant selling.• Ability to work in Miami in a hybrid arrangement.What you can expectA close-knit team, meaningful work helping families plan for the future, and room to contribute your experience and keep growing.
